• Develop customized, fit for purpose, Pipeline Integrity Management Systems (PIMS) and Pipeline Operations and Maintenance Manuals (POMM) 
• Work closely with the regulators and the customers to achieve regulatory compliance. 
• Performing customized qualitative and semi-quantitative pipeline risk assessments 
• Provide technical support for pipeline mitigation, monitoring and in-line -inspection programs. 
• Develop pipeline field integrity plans to ensure all applicable pipeline hazards are understood, mitigated, monitored, inspected and are reviewed on a regular basis. 
• Sweet to sour conversion of pipelines and facilities 
• Assists in pipeline license amendments. 
• Mothballing, Resumption of service 
• Mitigation and monitoring plans
